UpliftHearts believes every human being deserves a chance to live a happy and fulfilling life. Elderly citizens and young children sometimes face critical situations due to a lack be resources. The child is deprived of education, senior citizens are left without any treatment due to a lack of resources and funds. We at UpliftHearts believe, our community can come together to uplift their spirit and heart, to give each child a deserving bright future. To give the elderly access to medicines and mobility support.

OUR VISION

We are a charitable initiative dedicated to providing healthcare, educational aid, and support to those in need. Charitable Organizations work for the welfare of the people of different underprivileged sections of society by providing healthcare, educational aid, and support to low-income and underprivileged groups. The organization supports all its programs from the funds voluntarily donated by people, and funds collected by members. Taking care of health is our sole responsibility, but basic healthcare facilities keep the vulnerable sector of society untouched. They are not even able to get the basic facilities of society and in the end, they come into the trap of several chronic and acute diseases. uplifthearts also works with other charitable organizations to provide funds for their immediate cause.

Our Services

Elderly Care

A significant number of elderly individuals face challenges in meeting their basic needs, including access to appropriate healthcare and nutritious food. Realizing this, our organization has taken the lead in providing support to these impoverished elderly members of our community. We supply them with vital medicines to alleviate their health concerns and ensure they can access necessary hospitalization when required. Additionally, we deliver regular supplies of nutritious food to promote their overall well-being. By addressing their healthcare and nutritional requirements, we aim to enhance the quality of life for these vulnerable elderly individuals and help them lead a dignified and comfortable life.

Educational Support

We are committed to supporting underprivileged school children by providing them access to essential healthcare and educational resources. Our mission is to empower these children to grow and achieve their full potential. Our efforts aim to bridge the gap in resources and opportunities that exist for disadvantaged students. We strive to provide educational resources, such as books, school supplies, and tutoring programs, to help them receive a quality education. We believe that every child deserves a fair chance at success, and by supporting these underprivileged students, we hope to create a brighter future for all.

Mobility Assistance

There are several organizations and programs dedicated to supporting individuals with physical disabilities, with the aim of improving their quality of life. Our goal is to provide mobility aids and assistance to those in need, ensuring that they can move around comfortably and independently. Mobility aids may include wheelchairs, crutches, and walkers that are customized to meet each individual's specific needs and requirements. The overall mission is to make a real difference in improving the overall well-being and independence of those we serve.

Our initiatives:

EducationToAll

EducationtoAll is a flagship program that aims to address the educational needs of disadvantaged children in our society. Unfortunately, many children from rural areas are forced to seek employment in distant locations to support their families, making it impossible for them to attend school regularly. Additionally, due to their economic circumstances, parents often struggle to afford essential school supplies like books, study materials, uniforms, and fees. To bridge this gap, EducationtoAll program provides these children with the necessary resources and support to ensure they have access to quality education. As part of this program, Uplifthearts recently conducted a school supply donation drive in Kalyan, Umbarde School. This initiative benefitted 60 students, who received school supplies such as 120 notebooks, 120 pencils, 200 chalks, and 60 water bottles and school bags. This drive aims to equip these children with the tools they need to excel academically and to remove any barriers that may hinder their educational progress.

ElderLifeMatters:

The ElderlyLifeMatters program, in partnership with the lifewins foundation in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of senior citizens. The lifewins foundation offers elderly care and establishes a loving and secure environment where senior citizens, as well as individuals with neurodegenerative disorders like dementia and Alzheimer's, can experience companionship, care, and the opportunity to flourish. It is a place where they are treated with respect and can live with dignity. Our program is committed to improving the quality of life for the elderly by acknowledging the significance of their well-being and happiness. Together, we can make a positive impact and express our appreciation to the elderly community. Throughout the years, we have provided care for over 50+ senior citizens by supplying medications and personal necessities such as bed sheets, adult diapers, and food.

Sustainable Eye Care:

Uplifthearts Foundation is currently organizing a donation drive to support the Globaleyeproject Foundation. Based on my volunteering experience with them, I can attest that this foundation is dedicated to providing eye care services to the residents of Haiti. They do this by operating mobile clinics that cater to the immediate needs of the community, ensuring that everyone has access to the necessary care. Additionally, they are working on more permanent solutions by actively contributing to the development of the Haitian ophthalmology residency program in Port-au-Prince. This program aims to train and empower local doctors, thereby ensuring that the community has a sustainable and long-term solution to their eye care needs. I believe that this cause is important, and I am dedicated to raising funds and awareness to support the Globaleyeproject Foundation in its mission. Walk to End Alzheimer’s

The Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's® is the world's largest fundraiser for Alzheimer's care, support, and research. Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, this inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to join the fight against the disease.

This year, I am taking part in the Alzheimer's Association "Walk to End Alzheimer's®" as a team captain. Our team is working hard to raise funds and awareness for Alzheimer's care, support, and research. We are distributing pamphlets in our neighborhood to raise awareness about the importance of this cause. Alzheimer's is a disease that is not waiting, and we are determined to do our part to help fight it.
